Delivery and Returns

We've launched ActivEdge.co.za with the intention of serving South Africa and the UK (and soon into Europe and beyond).

Because we're a start-up, please bear with us as we negotiate the challenges of getting products to you as quickly as possible. Each one is custom produced once it's ordered, and it could take up to 14 days for delivery.

When it comes to returns, we'll work closely with you to sort out your challenge. If it's our error, then we'll pay for the return and deliver the right product to you. Otherwise, the cost of exchange will be for your account.
